Built with six inches of Badlands leather, the upper is durable and handsome with a black-walnut oil-tanned shine. The upper is secured to the sole and lining of the boot with Goodyear's unique welting process. Goodyear Welt construction makes boots extra durable and delivers a contoured fit.
Triple-stitched and riveted at key stress points, the six-inch American Heritage boots are built extra strong. They're also built comfortable. Dual-density polyurethane makes the comfort sole extra comfortable thanks to shock-absorbing support. The 90-degree heel outsole delivers protection against a hard floor while the "Shock Zone" insert takes the work-floor abuse so your feet don't have to. The insert also features air flow vents in the insole for a cool, comfortable ride.
The Cotton Drill Vamp lining helps wick away moisture to keep your feet dry. The polyurethane midsole supports your steps while the fiberglass shank guards your arches. The oil and slip-resistant outsole keeps you steady. Solid brass hardware finishes these Thorogoods off with style.
