First I want to wish you and your staff a Happy New Year. Over the past two months I have had the opportunity to speak to quite a few of them as we worked to resolve a problem in my getting a Filson jacket. In particular, your head of customer service, Tammy, has been nothing but tireless in her efforts to get the correct jacket ordered. I am now happy to report that I am enjoying my Double Cruiser and looking forward to wearing it when my family and I all go to Tahoe in a few weeks. I too work for a retail business in San Francisco that prides itself on superior customer service, something that is increasingly rare.
