“I recently made a mistake when placing an order online with your store. I entered my office zip code instead of my residence, a common mistake of mine. I immediately emailed customer service and changed my online account to reflect the proper zip code. Unfortunately, customer service informed me (by email) that the order had already shipped prior to receiving the email.
