The dark brown uppers are made with waterproof leather, because a little rain can't keep you out of the woods. If you're out there anyway, you might as well have dry feet. The shafts are made in a classic camouflage pattern, so you'll blend right in when you're on the trail.
Inside, these boots are fully lined with a Dry Dawgs membrane that blocks moisture. You'll have a dual layer of waterproof protection. The membranes aren't just waterproof but breathable. They won't impede natural air flow that keeps your skin cool.
And because that crisp air is invigorating but uncomfortable, these boots are stuffed with a thin layer of lightweight Thinsulate Ultra insulation. The insulation, 600 gram weight, soaks up your natural heat and radiates it back to your feet as needed.
Polyurethane footbeds absorb shock and impact. Treated with an Aegis Microbe Shield and covered with a moisture-wicking Dri-Lex ECO footbed cover, the footbeds soften even as they prevent sweat and bacteria. More polyurethane was used in the midsole layer. TPU, thermoplastic polyurethane, foot stabilizers are built into the midsoles.
NRLY rubber outsoles put another layer of shock-resistance between you and the ground. Made with multi-directional lugs and a slip-resistant tread, the soles help you find grip even on wet, icy floors. The soles are also oil- and abrasion-resistant, even in hazardous conditions.
