Utilizing DuraShocks comfort technology, these Bates boots are specially engineered to make foot fatigue a thing of the past. The lightweight, dual density construction is incredibly light and will not tire your feet as you step though the day. Compression pads in the heel and forefoot of the Vibram bob rubber outsole provide excellent shock absorption. The outsole is also non-marking, oil-resistant and non-slip. Offering even more energy absorption and dissipation is the removable full-cushion Bates DuraShocks footbeds and polyurethane midsoles.
Shock absorption and cushioning aren't the only ways you'll be comfortable in these boots. The Wolverine Warrior leather and nylon upper is durable and breathable. The GORE-TEX waterproof lining is made of a thin membrane with microscopic pores that are so small water can't even sink in. But don't worry, the pores are designed to allow inner moisture like sweat to easily pass away from the foot.
