Converse utilizes a combination of black leather and Cordura to construct the uppers of these tough Military Boots. The smooth leather is comfortable and rugged while the Cordura, known for outperforming standard nylons, polypropylene, vinyl, cotton and leather by factors up to 10, provides serious durability with its abrasion, scuff, puncture and tear resistance. For stability, Converse employs dual-density, Mountain Trail rubber/EVA outsoles to keep you on your feet and on the go with reliable, multi-surface traction. The outsoles are slip-resistant to prevent falls and oil-resistant to prevent breakdown for extended wear life. The 8-inch design features 100% non-metallic construction making them airport- and security-friendly (we told you you'd be stealthy!). A combination of traditional laces and convenient side zippers provide easier on and off.
Inside you'll find them lined with Tailex and Cambrelle.
