Going commando will take on a whole new meaning when you're wearing the Thorogood 804-6191 Commando II 8" Waterproof Safety Toe boots. Protection and comfort combine in this pair to give you versatile workplace function.
These work boots are crafted from black full-grain and Black Action leather with a 1200 Denier nylon upper for heavy-duty durability and long-lasting wear. The non-marking, two-density rubber outsole has integrated EVA impact pads to provide slip- and oil- resistant traction and impact resistance on a variety of surfaces. They're electrical shock-resistant as well and can withstand up to 14,000 volts! They also feature a ASTM-approved steel safety toe so you can work in confidence day in and day out.
Great performance requires comfort as well, and these work boots are designed to keep you easy on your feet hour after hour. Moisture and water will never get inside because these boots have Thorogood's ThoroDri booties, a breathable membrane with taped seams for reliable waterproof wear. They also have a two zone mesh lining that wicks away moisture from the inside so perspiration never lingers. A removable two-density polyurethane "Shock Zone" insole absorbs shock and features airflow vents to keep you cool and comfortable. For dangers that are less visible, these boots offer CAN/CSA-2195-M92 tested and approved 18,000 Volts Electric Shock Resistance and are Blood Borne Pathogen Compliant. The composite shank provides added arch support.
