The 12-inch black uppers are made with 100% waterproof PVC. Polyvinyl chloride is a man-made polymer that has all the best qualities of rubber and plastic. The material has been compounded to retain its flex and resiliency.
Made with pliable, molded construction, these seamless boots slide right over your feet to provide waterproofing protection. Through the dual compounding design, the upper is molded to the outsole in a tough, watertight seal. The innovative closure system is easy to manipulate with one hand, but well-designed enough to block moisture.
