These charcoal gray socks are made with a special technique that creates a lightweight but very dense, tough construction. The undetectable toe seam creates a smooth fit against feet. Ring toe construction makes the seam invisible as well as comfortable. Overall, the lightweight wool feels comfortable and smooth to create blister-free comfort.
The 62% Merino wool makes up the majority of the tough fabric. Because the soft wool feels like cashmere, you may think it's delicate. But the soft wool stays warm even when wet, wicks sweat away from your skin and gives feet non-itchy comfort. The custom, shrink-treated Merino retains its shape well. The addition of 34% abrasion-resistant nylon adds to the lightweight design.
Stretchy 4% Lycra spandex creates a flexible fit around feet. The top of each sock is designed with an open mesh knitting that increasing overall ventilation. The arches are made with supportive elastic knitting for increased flexibility and comfort.
