It's ingenious because it combines two layers for the ultimate in dry-lined comfort and cushioning without bunching up and irritating your skin. The inner layer is 100% Olefin, a synthetic fiber that is known for its moisture-controlling and wicking capabilities as well as its water-repelling properties. The outer layer is a combination of 40% Merino Wool, 30% stretch Nylon, 25% Olefin, and 5% Lycra Spandex. Fully integrated, both layers work together to reduce friction, and increase the effective moisture movement properties of the fabrics. Pretty ingenious, right? We think so.

“I want to express my praise and appreciation for the people in your organization that provided me with exceptional service today. First is a young lady in your Customer Service Dept. She is a very strong asset to your company as she is the first impression of the company for a customer. She did an excellent job in answering my concerns and helping me figure out the best way to handle the problem. Second, but not least, is another young lady in your return goods department. She is a breath of fresh air for a customer to deal with. She is heading up things so I get my replacement coat in time for my trip. In closing I want tell you that it's very refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that have a sense of pride in what they do, how they treat their customers and are willing to provide "real" customer service.
