I wanted to write a quick note to say what a great job Hope C. did yesterday. I ordered work overalls for an employee and had them shipped to his home. I typed the zip code incorrectly. When I got the tracking number, I saw that the overalls were to be shipped to the wrong address! I called immediately and Hope was so professional and reassuring. She said that she would get the address fixed. She followed up with an email to let me know that she found the package on the truck and was able to change the address before it went out. Thanks for having such a great employee! Although my order was small, she treated it like it was her top priority! As a business owner myself, I know that excellent employees are hard to find! Thank you for taking care of my order!
