This sock has a welt top, a fully cushioned sole, a 3x1 mock rib leg (that is 3 stitches in the raised part of the rib, by 1 stitch in the recessed part of the rib). A welt top is a double thickness of jersey fabric at the top of the leg to promote strength, increase its ability to stay up and to give a cleaner finished look. The tube length guarantees over-the-calf coverage. The sock is a total of 22 inches tall, with 5 inches of stretch nylon top and was manufactured in the USA.
