Ariat Women's Legend Western Performance Boots are authentic Western boots, made with rugged materials and attention to detail. But they're also embellished with a pretty blue pattern. Who says you can't be Annie Oakley and Carrie Bradshaw at the same time?
These boots are made with full-grain leather from foot to shaft. Full-grain is as close as you can get to the cow without skinning it yourself -- it's de-haired, non-processed hide with natural flexibility and softness.
ATS technology gives feet supportive cushioning. ATS, Advanced Torque Stability, softens steps with gel-cushioned footbeds that move and mold to every step. The footbeds are covered with moisture-wicking fabric that wicks sweat away from skin to keep you dryer. Heel stabilizers are built right into the footbeds for support.
Forked shanks, made with non-metallic composite material, keep muscles lifted and supported to reduce fatigue. The shanks meet the curve of your arches, so your muscles do less work through every step. The composite, non-metallic material won't conduct heat, cold or electricity -- or, set off metal detectors.
Goodyear welt construction joins the Duratread rubber soles to the design. The welt stitching creates a flexible repairable bond between sole and boot, because the last thing your footwear should do is hinder your steps. The square toe box completes the cowgirl look -- and as a bonus, gives toes extra moving room.
