These shoes feel comfortable, I am on my feet at work all day in light industrial work on hard floors, and your foot sits at a good angle for standing and walking, the soles are sturdy and stable, and don't roll in or out, which I find is important when choosing shoes for work. The smooth leather is a plus, instead of nubuck, which attracts dirt, and look dirty after a while. The leather is also nice and thick to help protect your feet. Finding decent work shoes for women is hard, and not much is offered, and you usually have to sacrifice style for comfort or safety, so I was glad to come across these.
These shoes look good with jeans, and you can wear them everyday, which I do, and they don't look like "work shoes".

Also, on the inside of the shoe, the padding wore out after about a year.
If you only want a shoe for a year or so then these are great.
