The Fox River Country Quarter is part of Fox River's Corny Sock line. The 2289 is petroleum free and made from corn fiber, a renewable resource. This soft bio-fiber backpacking sock features Fox River's Wick Dry system and mesh foot vents lets you enjoy a dry, breathable, blister-free fit. The cushioned sole is designed for shock absorption and the smooth flat toe seam ensures a comfortable fit. Not only is the sock Earth-Friendly and comfortable, the 2289 stood up to a three month challenge preformed by Backpacker magazine and made their Hiker's Dozen list for light duty socks.
The Country Quarter is composed of 65%Ingeo PLA (corn fiber), 33% nylon and 2% spandex.
