Free ground shipping is available on purchases of $49.00 or more for delivery within the contiguous United States.

Ground shipping is provided by UPS. You may also select a variety of shipping upgrades. We recommend upgrading your shipping if you require faster delivery.

If you choose a shipping upgrade, nominal fees will be applied for Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day. (Shipping charges do not apply to personalization services or taxes.) Contact us if you are unable to receive deliveries by UPS.

Note: To insure faster delivery during the busy holiday season, we recommend Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipping options.

The Working Person's Store appreciates the opportunity to support our overseas service members and their families. APO/FPO orders ship via US Postal Service. Tracking is not possible in transit on these shipments, but delivery confirmation to the Military Post Office (MPO) is included. Expect an additional 7 to 14 days for the order to arrive at your location. Circumstances unique to the individual MPO's can result in extended delays.

Free Product Returns for Exchanges

At WorkingPerson.com we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you want to return or exchange an item, simply complete the easy Return/Exchange Request Form prior to shipping the item(s) back for credit or exchange. It's fast, easy and free!

Here's how it works:

2.) Drop off the package at your nearest UPS location; click here if you need to find your nearest UPS Return Service drop off location

3.) We'll send you an email that confirms your return/exchange and provides you with a record of your request. When we receive the item you've returned in the original box, in like-new condition, we'll get your replacement item shipped or credit issued quickly as possible. Please note that free return shipping is limited to product exchanges, and limited to one per customer every 30 days. Specially priced items do not qualify for free return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion. Additional free returns may be granted at the discretion of our customer service department.

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS: As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our systems, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank.Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks are taking as long as a week to process and post these refunds to their customers' accounts.

Naturally, the price we're matching must be for an identical product by the same manufacturer, (model, color, components, etc.), and the price compared must include any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Let's face it, a store that sells for two bucks less but socks you for sales tax, and then shipping and handling, isn't doing you any favors.

The price to be matched must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement, and in-stock for immediate shipment by an authorized stocking dealer.
