Keen Boots: Men's Pittsburgh 1007026 Soft Toe Waterproof Work Boots
Keen Men's Pittsburgh 1007026 Slate Black/Green Soft Toe Waterproof Hiking Boots feature Nubuck leather uppers and Keen’s special rubber toes that protect you while you kick rocks out of the way on the road through life. If you’ve ever been in Pittsburgh, there are two sure things. One is that you’re in Pittsburgh Steelers country, and the other is that there are a lot of rocks.
You’ll super stay dry with the waterproof Nubuck leather uppers and KEEN.Dry waterproof membrane. The membrane breathes to let perspiration vapor out while it keeps water from coming in. Dry-Lex linings give you even more protection from dampness. Metatomical footbeds are designed to mold to the shape of your foot to support it better.
You’ll find an extra EVA insert in the heel so these hikers are even more shock absorbent. Oil-and slip-resistant, the non-marking rubber outsoles have a lug design that lets you walk over any obstacles in your path. The locking metal hooks and lacing eyelets keep the laces on your boots where they need to be.
Keen Men's Pittsburgh 1007026 Slate Black/Green Soft Toe Waterproof Hiking Boots have reflective webbing, so if you’re climbing to the mountaintop, your friends can see you from far below. Okay, maybe they need binoculars, but if you’re in the dark, cars can see you better.

Rugged, Durable, Affordable...
If you want something to keep you dry, these are the boots for you. Water resistant, comfortable, and designed to last you won't have to find another hiking/ work boot for quite a while. Not the stylish of boots but hey, they get the job done.

Solid, well made boot...
By: Eightpenny Carpentry
I am rating these boots 4 stars for quality and workmanship, good solid well made boot, should last a long time without falling apart, I will find out. Solid rubber sole, big improvement over the lighter weight keen boots with partial tread on the bottom. I do have somewhat wide feet and usually purchase an E sized boot, but with Keens being wide anyway, I chose a D size, I have plenty of room in the toe box with the D.
My only complaint about the boot is, it is stiff in the ankles, which has a tendency to create a tender spot under my left ankle on the out side. Not bad enough that I can't work through it, but hopefully will soften up after break-in period.
I would feel confident wearing these boots in all areas of the construction trades, as well as a hike through any rough and rocky terrain with a pack.
