trail, the Kershaw 1900 ET External Toggle Knife is packed with the tools you

This Kershaw blade features a built in carabiner clip to help you eliminate
excess carry-ons while you're scaling a steep cliff. A knob lock on the
bottom of the handle keeps the knife securely in place while a spring allows
you to flick the blade open and closed. The three-piece aluminum handle,
connected via rotating bolts, is crafted with 6061 T6 anodized aluminum
while the 3 1/4-inch blade is made of Sandvik 13C26 Stainless Steel. The 13C26
brand of Stainless Steel is a chromium steel, which is distinguished by its
abrasion-resistance and hard-power. The tail of the knife features a pocket
clip, for convenient hands-free toting.

“I just spoke to your customer service rep Hope and wanted to tell you what a great job she is doing! I had a issue with an order that I placed that was put on back order and subsequently cancelled by another rep. She informed me by email that my order for my Tactical pants were canceled. I never asked that they be canceled but this other rep took it upon herself to cancel it. I was upset to hear that the easy way out was to cancel my order. I was fortunate to get Hope as a contact when I had to call about this order. She was great in not only finding my (cancelled) order but finding the same pants hanging on a rack in your store! Hope made the extra effort to not only find pants in your store but also took them to the shipping department so that I could get them within the next couple of days! Hope should be commended for "going the extra mile" to satisfy your customers and she is a huge asset to your company!
