Kershaw Knives: Onion Frame-Lock Folding Knife 1475ST
The Kershaw 1475ST Onion Frame-Lock Folding Knife has an unusual name. . .or, does it? Like the onion, this versatile folding knife is made with layer upon layer of stuff you want. Okay, so it's not edible, but it will last a whole lot longer than the garden-variety onion - or folding knife.
The 3.5-inch, half-serrated blade is made with heavy-duty Sandvik 13C26 stainless steel. This fine-grain steel resists chipping to maintain its crisp, sharp edges.
The contoured black and silver handle is made with heat-treated 410 stainless steel. Highly-quality 410 stainless is exceptionally wear-resistant and tough. Black, textured Trac-Tech inserts are integrated into the handle design to give you a firm grip for better cutting control.
Inside, the frame-lock system is made with thicker material than what you'll find in most traditional liner-lock systems. When you lock your knife into place, you want it to stay just where you put it. When fully extended, this 8.75-inch knife can be a wicked tool, and that's why you need it to stay in place.
Made with dual thumb studs, this Kershaw 1475ST Onion Frame-Lock Folding Knife can be opened with either hand. An end-to-end reversible pocket clip makes it easy to carry the 5.8 ounce knife with you anywhere, anyhow.
