Lets start with construction. The 100% cotton mid weight duck shell will provide all the water-repelling necessary for those wet days. The recessed dyed-to-match knit storm cuffs will make sure your shirt sleeve stays dry by not allowing moisture to wick its way through the cuff. Bar tacks are employed at stress points as well as triple needle stitching overall so you can be as rough as you need to be and be assured your jacket can keep up. The Key brown hooded duck jacket is tough all the way down to the #8 antique brass front zipper with extended self fabric pull.
Youll be warm with the heavyweight bonded polyester fiberfill insulation lining. This lining is then cover by black taffeta keeping the insulation protected from getting snagged or torn. And taffeta gives an extra layer of wind resistant protection should a gust make it through the duck shell. You have the added benefit of keeping your head protected from the elements in the three piece hood with fleece lining and drawstring. Key knows you cant always wear gloves. Since you didn't have them in stock, Danner was on the hook and you were several states away. In the end, your promise of Friday delivery was exceeded by two days and, by my reckoning, from the time I spoke with you I received my boots from Portland to Charlotte in roughly 20 hours. That's CRAZY customer service. If you give me the email address of your boss, I would be happy to send this to him or her on your behalf. Otherwise, please have a great weekend.
