The ankle-high uppers are constructed with rich, waterproof leather. This light brown material is tough but flexible, soft but strong, and the perfect thing to protect little feet (or, for that matter, any feet). Because the leather is waterproof, it will keep the skin inside protected even as it extends the life of these boots.
