The black and yellow design has been anatomically engineered to keep your hands mobile and flexible. The sonic welded rubber top is flexible and stretchy, but also impact-resistant. Rubber is shock-absorbent and tough by nature -- that's why it's used for tires.
EVA foam was used to create the softening palm pads. They cushion your hands when you're working and holding tools, because you should be comfortable when you're on the clock.

“I recently made a mistake when placing an order online with your store. I entered my office zip code instead of my residence, a common mistake of mine. I immediately emailed customer service and changed my online account to reflect the proper zip code. Unfortunately, customer service informed me (by email) that the order had already shipped prior to receiving the email. The email indicated that they would take the necessary action to correct the problem through UPS.
