National Safety Apparel: Unisex 18 Inch FR USA Made S00KN18I03 Yellow Kevlar Knit Sleeve
When you're working around hot or sharp objects, you need to protect yourself any way possible. Avoid burns and cuts by slipping on a National Safety Apparel S00KN18I03 Unisex 18-Inch USA-Made Yellow Kevlar Thumbhole Knit Sleeve. It not only provides heat and thermal protection, but excellent cut protection as well.
Made with 2-Ply Kevlar knit, you'll be well protected and comfortable at the same time when you wear this NSA sleeve. Kevlar is 5 times stronger than steel on an equal weight basis, yet it's lightweight and flexible so you can move around easily to get your job done. The fabric of this USA-Made sleeve features high tensile strength as well as high cut-resistance. In addition, it's also flame-resistant and has low electrical conductivity. As such, the material will self-extinguish and won't melt or ignite.
This standard, unisex sleeve pulls on easily, stays in place, and stretches for a comfortable fit. With an 18-inch length, it'll go a long way in protecting your wrist and forearm. That means you can feel a little safer every time you put this on! The thumbhole, along with the hook-and-loop closure at top of this yellow sleeve, provides a secure fit to keep it in place. Bar tacked fingers secure the bottom of the sleeve, adding durability with short thread reinforcements at this high stress area.
Ideal for anyone working in food applications, glass or sheet metal operations, and automotive or electrical fields, this Kevlar sleeve will provide the protection you need. Order a National Safety Apparel S00KN18I03 Unisex 18-Inch USA-Made Yellow Kevlar Thumbhole Knit Sleeve so you can prevent unnecessary cuts, slashes, and burns.

I wear t shirts a lot of times welding and grinding everyday. When I am in a tight spot i will wear this knit sleeve to help protect my arms better than the Ara Mark long sleeve work shirt my employer provides. I have had it going on a year and wear it once a week average. It is a good product with plenty of life left in it.

Only one sleeve is included. This is too short, it has to be worn folded over, because it hits were the arm bends. It is also too tight, course I am strong, :) but my forearms are not HUGE. If you have thicker forearms, this is going to be very uncomfortable. It will be a waste, better off wearing long sleeves.
