This hi-vis yellow vest is easy to see in most workplace situations. In low or bright light, this safety vest makes any Working Man safer. Accented with 2-inch stripes of Flame Resistant 3M Scotchlite reflective material across the chest and back (one 360-degree horizontal strip and two vertical stripes), it's nearly impossible not to see someone wearing this fire-resistant vest. With a class 2 safety rating, it's a workplace necessity.
If a workplace accident does occur--one with a sudden flame or arc--this Occunomix vest's Flame Resistant properties have you covered. It's made of inherently flame-resistant modacrylic that meets ASTM F1506 standards (ATPV 5.5 cals/cm2). Even the binding, the hook and loop closures at the front, and the thread used for the FR vest are flame-resistant. The vest's FR material can withstand 50 home washes or 30 industrial washes. The flame-resistant reflective tape is manufactured to withstand industrial washes as well, which dramatically extends the life of this Occunomix safety vest.
If an accident does occur, you can take this hi-vis vest off very quickly. With break-away panels at the shoulders, sides and front, it's designed so that you can tear it off if you need to.
