Oliver Boots: Men's 65390 Steel Toe ESD Leather Boots
Even movie stars don't get to walk on red carpet all the time. It's nice when the path in front of you is nice and smooth, but you'd better be ready if it's rough and rocky instead. These Oliver 65390 Black Water-Resistant ESD Steel Toe Men's Boots will keep you ready to take on any path...or just keep going even when there's no path at all.
The design of these Oliver boots is built on top of heavy-duty, all-terrain outsoles made in a dual density design. This gives you two layers of protection from the hard ground below. Polyurethane supports steps with lightweight impact-resistance. Rubber adds bouncy shock-resistance to the design of these steel toe boots. The soles are heat-resistant to 572 degrees F, and resistant to most acids and chemicals. The tread is highly slip-resistant, and exceeds SATRA standards for safety.
At the bottom of these men's boots, you'll have polyurethane and rubber in an anti-static sole. At the top, you'll have soft padding. These work boots are topped with padded comfort collars that create a cushioning fit. The uppers of these safety toe boots are crafted out of black leather that's caustic- and water-resistant. That means it withstands wear and tear and even the elements. Soft leather is supple around footsteps to follow your natural movements.
How comfortable are they, though? Wearing these Oliver boots is like getting a foot massage -- really! The NANOlite footbeds are designed to massage the feet as you walk. This increases blood flow and prevents painful foot fatigue. The COMFORTcushion impact absorption system uses PORON foam to soften your stride when you wear these ESD boots. An integrated TPU safetycell adds a core of lightweight shock-resistance. TPU, thermoplastic polyurethane, combines the bouncy shock-resistance of rubber and the durability of plastic.
Kevlar thread was used to add durability to critical wear seams. Kevlar is the same stuff used to make bulletproof vests. That’s how tough these water-resistant boots are. To keep you protected, steel toe caps guard your feet from impact and compression. The toe caps meet ASTM F2413-05 I/75 C/75 safety standards. They’re designed with NATUREform technology that creates a wide profile toe cap. Latex liners under the cap prevent discomfort.
These Oliver 65390 Black Water-Resistant ESD Steel Toe Men's Boots allow you to take on any path, or even trail blaze your own. You need work boots that know how to do that.

bleeding heels and ankles!...
I have been in the trades 20 years now and have not owned a boot this bad before. I never write reviews but this boot forces me to. Jamming cardboard behind both heels for 2 weeks finally broke them in for my heels but ankles still kill. 3 weeks in and only 1 ankle needs cardboard now. I have had break in time for boots before(chippewa, carolina) but never this long or bad. Middle of the road boots(wolverine, timberland) are just o.k. and after buying several red wings they just will not last as long nor wear as well as buying a pair of cheaper (herman survivors, schmidts) boots and tossing them every 5 to 6 months.

Descent pair of boots...
By: Mark Lloyd
I think this is a pretty durable pair of boots, I am a tow truck op. In albq nm for one of the busiest tow company's I have bought several boots and have not yet found a perfect boot but this boot has did the job for most of everything I've put them thru oil mudd battery acid different car fluids they were kinda hard to get used to and break in and a lil heavy at the end of a 12 hour shift But they have not yet unstitched they've barely wore out and I haven't had my foot smashed due to the steel to they are comfortable while working and in the cold they have kept my feet pretty warm the slip resistant is pretty gd it is a fairly decent boot in my eyes for the past 5 months I've had them I would have usually by now needed a new pair. So to me a decent pair of boots
