Original S.W.A.T. 1151 Men’s Black 6-Inch Metro Traction Classic Military Boots have full grain leather and 1000 denier uppers. They’re electric hazard rated. The uppers are triple-stitched with 3-ply bonded nylon thread for extra durability.
Aegis removable orthotic footbeds are anti-microbial, killing bacteria before they get a chance to grow and cause odors. The steel shanks provide stability and reduce fatigue. The EVA midsoles provide athletic cushioning. They’re made by enclosing a riveted steel shank between Texon insoles and a reinforced shank board, providing torsional strength. The thermoplastic heel counters keep your feet where they belong and stop them from sliding inside the boots.
The outsoles are slip-resistant and self-cleaning, so you don’t carry clumps of dirt into the house. Multi-tread carbon rubber outsoles meet ASTM standards for traction and durability. The outsoles are stitched at the toes and heels for extra strength. They’re slip- and oil-resistant to provide stability in messy work areas.
