Customer Reviews For Carhartt Coats: Men's Black Cotton Duck Quilt-Lined Winter Coat C03 BLK
i have had mine for over 10 years
It is a warm and very durable jacket, yet easy to clean (assisting calving cows can be a pretty messy job - especially at -10 degrees). Zipper never gave up on me. It warms your lower back nicely too but it is not too long to wear it on a saddle riding horses. A wide cut makes it easy to move in it without being too bulky (give it a few weeks, it's a bit stiff when you get it first). Big pockets and plenty of them to stuff with gloves and tools.
Only thing that wore out quickly were the Velcro closures but they didn't seem to be very important anyway. And I do have to admit: even the thick cotton duck wears through in spots that are bend or rubbed much. I started to put patches on after app. 2 years - I wished I could show you a picture of this coat now, after six years. I guess I am known as the "patchwork" when I wear this coat in public ... :-)
To finish this up - this coat is not a fashion statement but sure is great for what it is meant - keep you warm and comfortable without restricting your movements while working in the cold.
or snowmobiling or out for dinner!!
“I just wanted to let you know I appreciate all of the effort that you put in on helping with that FR clothing. The way you went through and explained the different options available to the workers and to management. So I just wanted to say THANKS!!! I'm getting pats on the back that shouldbe going to you. Your customer service is amazing and sorry to say is a lost tribute these days. I have been telling other supervisors that if they want someone they can count on they should order from Working Person.
