Soft, warming wool (24 ounce, 100% Mackinaw) lines the inside to keep you insulated against tough weather. The liner also has a black plastic zipper so it can be removed (the liners are held in place with a button at the neck). More wool lines the hand warmer pockets. The wool-lined collar rests softly against your neck.

A solid brass zipper (two-way style, with storm flaps) keeps you snug inside. Use the detachable hood for extra warmth, or leave it behind when the weather isn't as bad. A hanging loop on the collar makes it easy to keep your coat close by. The seamless torso and sleeves give this coat a streamlined look.
