Carhartt Santa Fe Jackets are constrcuted from a generous 12-ounce, firm-hand, 100% ring-spun cotton "duck" materials, with plied yarn exterior and moisture repelling treatments used to add a layer of moisture protection. Designed for mountain extreme weather, Carhartt Santa Fe Jackets also feature brushed polyester lining, which is quilted to polyester insulation (ideal for colder temperatures) which is found in advanced outdoor weather clothing.
To further enhance the inner comfort of the Santa Fe Jacket, is a layer of nylon lining that's quilted to polyester insulation in the sleeves, with a well designed corduroy top collar fitted with placement snaps for an optional hood. In addition, this excellent Carhart Jacket also features rib knit cuffs and bottom banding to help keep out the wind, ( the zipper front has an inside wind flap to do the same).
To round out the advanced design of this classic western mountain jacket design, there are two front welt pockets, an inside welt pocket with zipper closure on the right side for secure storage, plus, an inside patch pocket with hook and loop closure on left side for added convenience. Other features include tear resistant triple-stitched main seams, designer shaped front and back western yokes, pleated elbows and hanger looping for convenience.

“Being big, it's hard to find things that fit. I prefer American made products like the new balance shoes, and I thank you for offering American Made products. The Riggs jeans, Dickies shirts, and the new balance shoes I ordered today, all fit very well and I'm very pleased. Note, I also ordered a Dickies jacket recently that did not fit around the waist (wasn't even close) and wasn't long enough to reach my belt line. Defect or incorrect size marking, I don't know, but we returned it, and ordered another brand jacket today. Your service and return policy is the best and was very helpful, especially when I tried several types of work boots last year before you found me one that fit. Thanks very much for being there, and please do not go out of business or change anything. You're perfect the way you are!
