A special thank you to Debbie in customer service for her help in getting the coat for my husband to us. His old coat wasn't doing very well against the bitter cold we've been having up north here this winter. The new coat is so much better. He even stood out in the wind to test it and no cold wind got through to him. He loves it! It makes me feel better to know that when he heads out to work, he has on better protection. We appreciate all your help so very much. Good service is hard to find these days, so it means even more when we come across excellence in customer service. We just had to thank you!
