This insulated vest is made with 10 ounce cotton duck material, stern stuff that repels both water and wind. Cotton duck is as tough and weather-resistant as canvas, but it still has the natural softness and breathability you expect from cotton fabric.
Inside this duck vest is gray polar fleece, providing another warming layer of insulation. The lining in this Pella vest helps block the cold and hold in your natural heat. The YKK Vislon front zipper, which is non-conductive, extends all the way up over the collar to provide neck warmth, too. A kidney flap in the back extends down past your waist to provide additional warmth.
