Constructed of a blend of premium-weight wool and acrylic, you'll love the warmth this 20.5 ounce fabric provides. In addition to a classic cut and warm fabric, it has excellent water-repellent properties. Acrylic and wool are both water repellent, but to ensure that you stay dry, Walls finished this jacket with an additional Water-Repellent finish. The wool/acrylic blend results in a fabric that's machine washable, so you won't have to spend a lot of money on dry-cleaning bills.
Wool can itch, but this coat won't. It's lined with a brushed tricot lining that's soft and smooth. There's rib-knit trim at the collar, cuffs and waistband, so your skin is protected from any potential irritation. This wool jacket also boasts a heavy-duty nylon zipper down the front that lies flat and doesn't add extra weight.
Several things about this jacket's cut give it a very polished look. Curved lines across the front and back yolk flatter your physique. Welt pockets on the front sides provide a convenient place for your hands yet lie flat when your hands aren't in them. An interior storage pocket has a mesh cell phone pocket.
