And when a rain jacket is made from a mid-weight 50-millimeter polyester-backed PVC and has features such as electronically welded seams you know you have a wet weather jacket that’ll meet the challenge. This rain gear is engineered with a double-front storm placket with inside and outside protective flaps to keep the elements out. The design even boasts interior neoprene cuffs with adjustable hook-and-loop closures to make sure the rain doesn’t seep inside your sleeves.
