“I just spoke to your customer service rep Hope and wanted to tell you what a great job she is doing! I had a issue with an order that I placed that was put on back order and subsequently cancelled by another rep. She informed me by email that my order for my Tactical pants were canceled. I never asked that they be canceled but this other rep took it upon herself to cancel it. I was upset to hear that the easy way out was to cancel my order. I was fortunate to get Hope as a contact when I had to call about this order. She was great in not only finding my (cancelled) order but finding the same pants hanging on a rack in your store! Hope made the extra effort to not only find pants in your store but also took them to the shipping department so that I could get them within the next couple of days!
