The Lakin McKey 39 64 Women’s Cranberry Berber-Lined Vest has fleece-lined hand warmer pockets for chilly days. There are two inside pockets for carrying extra stuff. The Berber lining is created using a loop construction for extreme durability. Outside, the vest is made from 100% cotton duck fabric. The 12-ounce cotton will give you years of tough wear.
The number of ounces of the fabric is important. It tells you the weight and durability, or denseness, of the material. The higher the number of ounces, the more durable the fabric. But just because it has a high density doesn’t mean it has to be rough. This vest was made with brushed, hand-washed duck for a softer look. The front and back have fitted princess seams. Princess seams are designed to fit a woman’s profile, so the seams make the vest mold to your shape. Extra durability is built in with the heavy-duty front zipper and the riveted stress points.
