If you’re an avid skateboarder, these Reebok Men's Navy RB1920 Soyay EH Steel Toe Skateboard Work Shoes are the perfect pair of work footwear for you. Not a skateboarder? These steel toe tennis shoes are for you too! Why? Skate footwear has to be made stronger than your regular athletic shoes in order to resist the abrasiveness and abuse that comes with skateboarding. Even if you’re not a skateboarder, wouldn't you want a pair of safety toe shoes that’ll last you longer?
These Reebok shoes are made of soft, yet durable suede uppers. Inside is an EVA cushion insert that makes it feel like your feet are resting on two clouds. The inserts are removable too, so you can clean them from time-to-time to give them a little freshening-up. The insoles also feature a sponge rubber heel wedge to protect the sensitive areas of your feet from the impact of hard surfaces.
These classic skateboard shoes are the ideal pair for the active person to wear. Featuring an ASTM F2413-05 rated steel toe, they’ll provide maximum protection from falling and rolling objects. These slip-resistant shoes also electric hazard rated to absorb dangerous electricity under dry conditions to keep you safe. Electrical hazard footwear is made for people who may come into contact with live circuits, wires or highly charged electrical equipment. Best of all, if you don't need EH protection, wearing these Reebok shoes will not cause any harm. Why? Because the EH safety feature is there in case you do work in those conditions. If you don't you won't even be able to tell the EH protection is there!
To keep moisture and wetness at bay, the Tailex lining in these Reebok skate shoes helps to wick inside moisture away. The lining is breathable, yet silky soft. You’re left with drier, cooler feet.
The stylish, two-color rubber outsole is durable and slip-, oil-, heat-, abrasion- and chemical-resistant. You’ll stay steady on your feet and the soles won’t corrode or wear too quickly.

Ok I'm not sure why these old school reebok shoes are steel toe. A skate shoe shouldn't be steel toe. Looks wise they are dead on to the originals. Price wise I wish they were what they were in the 70's. reebok still makes a very comfortable shoe. I would recommend these to anyone looking for some olde school shoes

comfortable on the ramp...
Love wearing the shoes on the airport ramp. Found that I need to put in arch supports after day 1 on the ramp. After the modification, the comfort level was excellent. The laces were
extremely long. That I took care of with a pair of scissors. I took the time to waterproof the shoes with an over the counter silicone spray

replacement for Discountinued Converse Shoes C1920 for BMX riding, and Everyday use....
I ran these shoes(Converse Shoes C1920) for a solid 2 years before I lost them on a vacation trip to flordia, since then I had searched everywere for a replacement sadly, I have come to find out they'd been discountinued... I used these shoes for everyday use, work, bmx riding, skateboarding, At the time, I worked at a hardware store as a sales clerk, and lifter(topsoils, mulch, cement, water fountians and so on...) these shoes took a beating every single day on or off of my bike. they gripped my pedals, tires, and board(when I skated them) fantastically. I have owned multiple pairs of Vans, old skate styles(similar to this) which held up nearly as well, however not sold in my width thus making me have to get a larger size which threw things off...and the new styled ones which fell apart after maybe 2 or 3 months., and most currently. Osiris's NYC83 Vulc's (which blew out in several spots on the outside of the shoe after about 6-7 months of every other day use, alternating between Osiris Jay adam Raiders(these are good shoes)) Compared to every other skate shoe I have worn. including a pair of leather reboks, which replaced these when I lost them, these Converse had been the best shoe I have worn, in my life so far. i tend to Healstrike as I walk too, so i blow shoes out quickly being on the heavy side myself... these stood up to me and its honestly a shame Converse discountinued them. Looking at their website, the closest i could find to them are the Con's Weapon shoes, which dont have that classic clean styling to them like these, or old skool vans do... (you know what I'm talking about ;) )
Luckily, I've found a pair of "Reebok's, Navy RB1920 Soyay EH Steel Toe Skateboard Work Shoes" Which as far as I can tell from the description, and pictures are the same shoe as these, And have that classic clean styling I personally love, these also come in wide width sizes which will allow me to get the right size, and wont throw my riding off. Since I cannot buy a new pair of converse shoes, I Will be taking a chance on the reeboks, and Will put them through the same rigorios testing I did with the converses.
