Love the styling. Out of the box, hands down one of the most comfortable pairs of boots I've ever put on. As said in a previous review, they seem to run a little big. They're not steel toe, so they might not be suitable for your work place. (my job requires steel toes). I have a feeling I'll be ordering more of these boots in the future.

I had a pair of these, with steel toes, for two years of tree trimming, after three years of parks maintenance. When they finally died, and I didn't need steel toes, I bought something else from Carolina and regretted not buying another pair of the same ever since. I work in almost every climate the world has to offer, In the North East, Mid Atlantic, in Central America, and in East Africa, as a logger, farmer, builder and teacher. This is the only true work boot I have ever found that can be comfortably worn with two pair of wool socks, or one thin pair of dressy socks and still feel solid, supportive, and protective. While they look a little strange, this is the most versatile and durable boot I have ever had. Thanks to WPS I bought another pair (without steel toes) after looking for them for three years. I would recommend these to anyone who is willing to spend a few weeks to break in a pair of real boots, especially to friends, family, and co-workers. The sizing seems to be about one half size large, however, as I wear two pair of wool boot socks to replace my 600 gram thinsulate boots, and always wear wool socks, this works well, I may also order a pair a half size down for hot weather wear with very thin socks. Order the same size as your current Carolina, Double H, or Chippewa US made boots, or one half size down if you've sunk to buying the chinese made version, and chances are you won't think about your feet for a long time.

These boots are comfortable with quality second to none, and they are the longest wearing boots I have ever owned. They are a bit heavy, but that can be expected from a boot built like a tank.
