So far so good...

I just picked up a pair of the 4378s tonight to replace my old 4327s. The leather finish is really well done, I'd wear these as "nice" boots if I had the cash for an extra pair. DuraShock is as comfortable as ever, and seem to be wearing in nicely. Well worth the cash (paid $20 more local).

i am glad to see the drua-shock feature on this boot, i have been wearing #1517 for about 8 years now, and this is the only feature i must have on my feet.

These boots keep my feet comfortable all day long! Your suggestion says it all...

Comfortable. Rugged. Comfortable. Good looking. Comfortable. Top Quality. Comfortable.
You feet say a-a-a-h-h-h-h-h the first time you slip into these boots, and everytime afterwards. When I say "slip" I mean the throat is wide and open and very very easy to get in and out of. I have enjoyed an old old pr of these boots (and they are still going strong) the style # is worn so badly as to be mostly un readable, but the boots don't quit. They take a good shine, if you choose to. Real quality leather. Feels like walking barefoot on a plush carpet. Great help for old old stove up legs and feet. Everyone should enjoy at least one pair of these. I wish they were also available in 8" style. I'd want my name on the top of the order listing. Oh , and did I mention Comfortable ? nuff said
