Thick and warm...

These Fox River socks rock. They're comfortable and warm, and they fit great under boots. They're thick and insulating without being bulky, and I wear them every chance I can. They aren't a hundred percent wool like some nicer thick socks, but the acrylic in them helps wick away moisture and keep the socks dry. The description says they're steel reinforced in the heel and toe...I don't know if that's actually true, but they're pretty strong and I would trust them to stay intact for a long time. I would recommend them.
