Nothing "low" about Thorlos!...

When I first moved to Japan for business, it was depressingly difficult to find well-made
socks in my size. Over the years, some far-seeing companies expanded to the East Asian market. You might find what you want; then again, you might not. And, if you do, it will be considerably more expensive than U.S. prices.
What is a discerning shopper to do? Either find someone back home to send good socks, in your correct size and color, or fly back to the States yourself. When I do, right near the top of my to-do list is stock up on Thorlos.
Why? Quite simple, really. They are well-made, reasonably priced (especially compared to Japan!), just plain comfortable and long-wearing. All that's left is to decide exactly how many pairs of socks I will pick up on this next trip.

I just "love" this sock. It is soooo...

I just "love" this sock. It is soooo comfortable, love where all the padding is. Just "love" that it "stays up". That is important. I wear them everyday in the winter.Very difficult to find them though.
