super boot...

yea, might be pricey, but so well worth the price that I am not sorry I spent that much on boots. There is nothing as special as a good feeling boot.

boots for walking...

I walk many miles a day following the pipe line in many countys and have not had any feet problems since I been wearing the Asolo OM2200-450. They are excellent in fit, durability and comfort.

I knew when I took my new job...

I knew when I took my new job that I would be on my feet, and in all sorts of weather and terrain. These are pricey, but so worth it. Very water tight and comfortable.

I have been hiking the AT since March...

I have been hiking the AT since March 1 2008. I have had no blisters and no problems with my feet with these boots. Your feet are so important when hiking. I am now 400 miles into my hike, I will need a new pair in about another 400 miles. Will absolutely get the same boot.
