Love 'em!...

I needed a boot with support because I work in Security and am on my feet 8 12 hours a day. I have owned a pair of these boots for almost two years; in that time I have bought two other pair of shoes, which I have worn only once each. I go 'running' back to my Thurogoods. I couldn't have asked for a better boot...will shortly buy another pair of exactly the same boot!

I stand or walk 7 hours a day...

I stand or walk 7 hours a day at work. These boots are a huge improvement over my previous shoes, which lacked the support and ankle stability a heavy man requires. If your life keeps you on your feet, these boots are a good choice. I ordered the size I have been accustomed to wearing and they fit properly. You can spend more on boots, but why would you want to?

Great for motorcycling & everything else!...

I wanted boots for riding that would be safe, comfortable, waterproof, breathable and durable with a side zipper. I opted to look beyond traditional "motorcycle boots" and am glad I did! These offered everything I wanted for dramatically less money than anything else and have pretty much become my everyday footwear, riding or not. Easier on and off than gym shoes and almost as comfortable, I wear them all the time. I've replaced the soles but the uppers have lasted through the second soles, too. I just ordered another pair of these today! When they get here, I'll take the pair I have in for a third set of soles and just turn them into work shoes. They're still very serviceable but looking a little the worse for the wear after four years. Imagine that! ;o)
