Overall this is a great sleeve. It is far superior to the previous sleeves available. It is flame resistant and best used in aplications that do not require odd positioning. Bending at the elbow causes wrinkles in the sleeve which allows a place for sparks to gather. As these sparks gather they can and most likely will penetrate the sleeve. This statement is especially true for those people using standard arc(SMAW). This sleeve is comfortable to wear and is extemely useful in garage or shop type applications. It is excellent for both Mig and Tig welding procedures.
