Comfortable and clears metal detector...

Got the Wolverine black shoes (2373) and liked them so much, got brown ones too (2372). The shoes are wide and comfortable - the most important factors to me.
For my job, I need to have safety shoes with toe protection. Typically in the past, this meant steel toes. Unfortuntely, steel in my shoes triggers the security metal detectors at work (Nuclear Plant). The composite toe means I can keep my shoes on when going into my job. No more wet socks on rainy / snowy days.
If you work at a Nuke plant, I recommend these shoes.
