Last a lifetime...
By: kseverna
These Chippewa boots are really smart looking, as well as solidly put together. Made in the USA, too, which is always nice and reliable. My issue was that they fit a little narrow for my big wide feet and hurt to wear at first, but wearing them for the first few weeks broke them in and now they're super comfortable. If I was to re-buy them I would go one width wider. I can be on my feet for a long time and not have any pain or cramping in my feet. Highly recommended.

I bought these Chippewa 20066 work boots for my husband and he absolutely loves them. He works in a wearhouse and is on his feet all day. I loved the price.

This is the second pair of these Chippewa...
By: john
This is the second pair of these Chippewa boots I have ordered here and I love them. The lining is amazing in these boots. They are so comfortable and feel like I have sneakers on. I am sure I will be back here to order more.

American made steel-toed goodness...
By: QuadK
This pair of Chippewa brown steel toe boot 20066 is a great work boot that comes with steel toe protection. Keep in mind that these are not waterproof out of the box, so I recommend applying some Obenauf's LP or Sno-Seal if you plan to get these wet. The leather is durable, and these boots feel comfortable after being broken in which make take a week or two depending on how often you will be wearing them. For sizing, you should size down 0.5 to 1 from your Brannock measurements. Overall, these American-made boots are a great value for under $150.

Great right out of the box...
By: Roger Drenga
These Chippewa vibram sole work boots are comfortable the second you put them on. They are so light compared
to the ones I was wearing previous. I work in a paper mill where they take a beating every
minute. The only complaint is that they don't have quick loops on the top. After pulling
them on you loose all the tension before you tie the knot. Maybe its me, but its a poor
design. Other then that, they are the best I've worn in the last 30 years. They are not
insulated at all which is fine for they keep your feet cool and comfy. I live in a hot/cold
climate which puts these great boots through everything. They never let me down. If
they fix the eyelets, I will buy these boots for the rest of my industrial career.

Iron Rangers? More like Iron Posers, amirite?...
By: aflex
Don't get me wrong, I love my Red Wing Iron Rangers as a casual and semi-dress boot. But these Chippewa Steel Toes are the true work boots if we really want to be honest. First and foremost, the price tag. A hundred and forty-four bucks on the Chippewas, and two hundred and eighty bucks for the Red Wing Iron Rangers. Case closed. And as much as I like the way the flat cork sole on the Iron Rangers give it a retro look, it's completely useless on snow, ice, and anything with a slick surface. The treaded Vibram rubber sole on the Chippewa's simply makes for a more practical boot for work and bad weather. Also, steel toe. 'Nuff said. Leave the Red Wings for a night out in town, and wear the Chippewa's on the job site.

quality control...
By: David
Boots seem fine but what's with the different length shoe laces? Chippewa was notified by the retailer that sold me the boots. Have yet been sent a proper set of laces. Suppose I'll have to buy a pair on my own. Oh well, next time I'll just buy some other cheap boots.

Reasonably priced, High quality....
By: sunnybearLA
My original Timberland boots needed to get resoled so I went shopping for a new pair of boots. These Chippewa's caught my eye they have a nice clean look to them. Very simple in design. The comfort level is wonderful, it took about a day to break in and since then I haven't done back to my Timberland's. The quick lace makes lacing a breeze, I haven't had them long enough to wear away at the laces, but they seem to be of high quality. This was a great buy.

good boots...
By: patrick
So far so good. Really high quality boots. Bought to replace crappy Carhartt boots that fell apart.
These work boots are old school high quality. No insulation just leather and they are starting to conform to my foot shape. Didn't realize how nice they were till I had them almost too nice for working ! They could easily be casual nice boots. But I am going to work them hope they hold up. I think they will.

Built to last, and last......
By: Darrin M.
I bought a pair of these boots three years ago and have worn them on my job in a textile plant every day since (250+ days a year). Due to the way I walk, where the sides of the soles get worn down more, I had them re-soled about a year ago and they're good to go. Other than the laces and the soles, which are going to wear out, these boots are still going strong. They're broken in so well they my feet love them. The steel toe was never a problem, even brand new. Some day, if they ever wear out, I'll be buying them again! Thank you to all the excellent crafts-men and -women at Chippewa for making good old USA quality.

Great work boot...
By: Ashley Nicole
My husband goes through a lot of work boots in Masonry. We had to find a boot that held up to the materials and also didn't hurt his back and knees. These were perfect. We have to order 2-3 pairs through the year but they are worth it and a great price point.

Apache lace up work boot...
By: Jason
I love these boots. Buy one half size smaller if your going to wear normal socks. These boots have a very comfortable insole and look very sharp. I will gladly buy another pair of these boots if these ever wear out and I will recommend these to anyone I like.
