A stand-up pair of work shoes...

The Timberland Steel Toe Oxford is a great all-around work shoe. Although you could've probably just as easily call it a low top boot due to it's hefty toe box, thick soles, and chunky profile. I can't comment enough on how much I love the versatility of these Timberlands. The steel toe, and slip resistant soles give you reassurance when you're at the project site, and the classic no nonsense styling lets you seamlessly slip into business casual mode without missing a beat. They are surprisingly comfortable for having steel toes. The upper bends nice and comfortably when you are kneeling. And there was hardly any break-in time. They were pretty much comfortable right out the box. Buy these at least a half size down from your regular size.
