Great every-day option...
By: hfra
This ambidextrous knife is a great choice for everyday use- its slim profile and Axis lock make for a knife that's always handy when you need it. The 530 provides an excellent choice for anyone who prioritizes weight and a small pocket footprint.

Good quality...
By: CuriousApe
Some say that it isn't razor sharp, but the truth is no knife is going to be able to stay razor sharp for a long time. I've had mine for 1 year now and It hasn't dulled a bit through heavy wear and tear. I would agree that the handle could be a better quality, but even that is some sort of tough plastic, that doesn't have so much as a scratch on it now. It is very easy to clean, and if you get it wet it dries fast without rusting. High quality for what you pay for. If you need a high quality knife that will take anything you throw at it this is the one.

Before buying this knife I had been using a Gerber and a Kershaw......
By: willryan042
Before buying this Benchmade knife I had been using a Gerber and a Kershaw for an everyday carry. I was happy with them, but wanted to make a step up to something nicer. A friend recommended this benchmade knife and I pulled the trigger on it. I LOVE IT. Man, just the way this knife feels in my hand is heaps better than the Gerber or Kershaw. It seems to be built exceptionally well, and just feels sturdy when using it. To those worried about it not staying sharp, whelp, that's just the nature of knives. Once you learn to sharpen your own blades it'll be well worth it. Don't pass this knife up!
