4th pair of Thorogood Work Boots...

I have had this pair of boots for 2 weeks, they were comfortable right out of the box like the other Thorogood boots I have bought. So far so good on the waterproof. I will continue to buy Thorogoods! Hard to beat these made in USA boots.....

The number one reason I bought these boots was because they were made in the USA. I have had these boots for almost a year. I do agree with Matt that the clips are small, but mine work in the opposite direction they make mine hard to lace. Once laced they stayed laced.

Decent work boot with a couple issues.....

I have been wearing these now everyday at work for 2 months now, the first pair I received were 12D and were super tight width wise, I have never had to get wide's. Working Person promptly sent me 12EE which were better. Now the main issue with these is the small "hooks" that the laces wrap around at the top; everytime I bend down to have to work on something near ground level they somehow slip off the hooks, requiring me to retie numerous times a day. I like the comfort of these boots but I am going to have to spend more money getting the hooks replaced at a local shoe repair place..
