Left shoe good Right shoe not!...

I was excited to get these shoes for work. I tried them on and was soon not happy. The left shoe was great the right shoe not so much. I ordered the wide width so I wouldn't feel the composite toe, but I can't wear them because in the right shoe I can feel the toe cap. I now have to return them and I don't have a printer to get the return label or a box to put the box in per the direction for returns. I guess I am out the money I spent to order the shoes with the "free" returns...Returns are only free if you replace the item...I don't want to reorder and go through this again...
