Top quality wallet, been dealing with "Genuine leather" for too long!...

I appreciate the quality and craftsmanship of this Filson USA made Bridle Leather Wallet A65200. First, let me explain the difference between the "real leather" wallets you get at the mall/Ross/Marshalls and this wallet. The cheap, mall "leather" wallets are actually just corrected top grain leather, where the companies use cheap, low-quality ruined cuts of leather and heavily treat them in order to look nice as it does out of the box. This is why your leather wallets don't last very long. With a Filson wallet, you're getting actual craftsmanship: better quality, thick leather, nice stitching, etc. The list goes on! This is just an awesome wallet that will be able to pass the test of time, and even look better as it develops a nice patina over time. Instead of buying mall wallets over and over like I used to, do yourself a favor and buy a nicer quality wallet like this Filson one.

a buy-it-for-life wallet...

It took me a while to understand the difference between high quality and low quality leather and construction techniques. During that time I went through several wallets. This wallet, if properly cared for, could last a lifetime. If only I had known the difference years ago, I would have skipped the disposable one. This one will only build character and patina over time.
